The BADgers played no neutral site game this year. The game at Lambeau was not neutral, I was there. The SIOUX can beat these guys, just have to stay out of the box which is hard to do with Earl and company flopping all over the ice. I think he skated two shifts in Lambeau where he failed to flop to the ice. No excuses on St. Patricks day when everybody will be wearin the green and cheering the mighty SIOUX on to the F5 Championship game.

Listening in WI, the crowd sounds dead and now the cows score. We need a great third period for the boys.

Great weekend of UND hockey! Sweep the cows next weekend and let's destroy em in St. Paul. The only thing that could have added to it would have been my buddy being able to buy me that Genoway jersey last night.

Everybody around us said they would have liked to see UND rather than OSU. Had that happened I probably would have had to haul my rather feisty 17 year old daughter out of there. She is not shy about letting the BADgers know their place.

My family and I minus the wife who is in Dallas went to the Frozen Tundra game and just got home. Tough to see alot. I thought the Buckeyes got hometeamed quite a bit, but they kept playing. They did get two 10 min misconducts, I think for exercising their first amendment rights with the officials. Good BADger crowd. I saw another Sioux Jersey. I also saw Robbie Earl skate an entire shift without falling down! That was a first for me. I think he only did it the one time though. We thought it odd that they were covering the plywood with sheets during the game, I guess the previous posts explain that. The ice seemed very choppy in the 2nd and 3rd and the intermissions were way too long. Unless the Sioux are in it another time, I think I will pass and watch it on TV. The temps were not too bad until we got in the shady side. They could have started the game earlier. People were asking me who UND was playing this weekend and when I advised the Fighting Sioux were idle, I got a bunch of "that would have been a better game." I think this matchup had something to do with the Big Ten. BEAT DULUTH!!!

Being stuck in Wisconsin, we only saw the Sioux play in person at Tech. Finley impressed me as being quick and accurate on the pass out of the zone.

If all the Sioux candidates make their respective World Junior Teams-Oshie, Lee, & Chorney for USA and Toews for Canada, we could be short-handed for the series with Haaavaaad. It could be fun for everyone.

I was at both Tech games. Finley impressed me with his passing. Very crisp and accurate. Better than Lee who seems more interested in skating with the puck and seems to get distracted now and then.

Friday's crowd sounded way more intense, of course they had a great first period to keep them going. Come on boys, crank it up. 4 quick ones.

Just got back from Madison. We did lose 3-2. Three straight power plays for the BADgers in the 3rd sort of did us in. They looked a little tired after that and let in the GWG. My first women's game and it was fun. Looks like the Sioux women keep getting better and competing. If the BADgers are #2 in the country then the Sioux are doing well. The bonus was that they let us in for free as it was some type of kids day. Still hardly anybody there. Good luck to the men tonight.

I'm hoping for four point weekend for both Sioux teams. Drink responsibly and go to the Pepper for me.

Hey mom: My family and I are going to make at least one game in Madtown this weekend. We have never seen the women skate, should be fun even though the Badgers are good. The Sioux should have started the women years earlier. GEAUX SIOUX!
