You guys are all nuts. You remember the games we had the Omaha this season? You realize we're talking about BC? Give me SCSU or Tech, all day, everyday. I'm not looking past anyone. I understand who is good. To me, it's all about getting to Boston first and I'd just prefer to avoid BC and Omaha played us well this season. If we play either in the Four, so be it. Game on. I worked for the DS during Duncs Hobey year and I had many conversations with him about the Hobey not being nearly as important and just an individual award. I never a said he'd win. I just think it's insane he wouldn't be considered a Top 10 guy. I'd say his NCAA leading wins, and top 7 GAA and SV% are pretty gaudy.

Well... if you look at the data, 1 win gets them an invite in only 35.7% scenarios. No wins, only 4.2%... so, unless I'm missing something, it looks like Minny would need to win the Big 10 tourney.

Sure, but having four lines that can play still helps greatly. Regardless of rest, legs still get tired the more time spent on ice.
