Every game matters, and every series counts…I just hope that with a break up in the rivalry the last few years that the new crop of players understands the magnitude of this game…not just from a fans perspective but from a non-conference pairwise perspective as well…playoff caliber games in October do not come along that often …. Right now talent wise these two teams are pretty close so it should come down to discipline and finishing … who’s going to step up I like Mismash’s play so far but needs to stay out of the box, I think Wolanin and Hoff have big weekend … GO SIOUX

It did in 2015 if you wanted a spot on the glass…after that it really didn’t matter most everyone was courteous and moved around a bit.…except for those glass snobs they got their spot and stuck to it….now with the Zamboni situation you might be able to hockey yourself in to a better spot..maybe….you also don’t want to be that dickhead guy that’s a complete a$$ the whole time….or do you

At this time, available tickets to the NCAA West Regional are sold out. Should tickets currently being held for various groups per NCAA bid specifications become available, those tickets will go on sale to the general public in person only at the Scheels Arena Box office on Thursday, March 23 at 9 a.m. UND Athletics will make an official announcement the afternoon of Wednesday, March 25 on UNDsports.com and official social media outlets if tickets become available.

found this: The North Dakota Champions Club is hosting an official UND pregame party at Fargo Billiards and Gastro Pub. The pregame party starts three hours prior to any game in which UND is participating. A shuttle service will run between Fargo Billiards and Gastro Pub and Scheels Arena. There will be shuttles to and from Scheels Arena and other establishments that will be announced later in the week on social media accounts. A fan fest will be held on the adjoining ice sheet at Scheels Arena, which will feature local food vendors, alcohol sales for those of age and other regional games on projection screens. Tickets to the fan fest are $20 and can be purchased in person at Scheels Arena during normal box office hours. In order to purchase a fan fest ticket, a ticket into the tournament must be purchased. The fan fest will open 90 minutes before the first game of each day and will stay open 60 minutes after the conclusion of the final game of each day. The fan fest will also be open between semi-final games on Friday.

So a couple of non-game questions…the Fan-Fest event is held at Scheels arena and ticket needed to be purchased ahead of time? Correct? And this is separate from the Sioux Pre-game party, which should be held off site? Any info on where and what times for the pre-game party? Parking I believe isn’t bad if you have a pass, if not probably come early usually Force games aren’t bad but will probably be 2000 more people there than a Force game…Bulldog tap should be running shuttles, I would think the Sioux pregame would run shuttles, and possibly a few other businesses in the area…

gawd I hate the big 10/6 .... however I can't imagine a loss to the #1 team will hurt us too bad but ... then the 3rd place game carry's huge weight in pairwise with a win

nope you just need an ID for whose name the tickets are under...if they are under anybody elses name you need to have them call ahead of time and let them know who's picking them up

A traditional rivalry that is no longer a conference rivalry with Minnesota and North Dakota going head-to-head in the first round? That ought to be good.

lots of hockey left...passing SCSU then on to the cities...probably play DU, Duluth or both...win NCHC and I would assume our pairwise sky rockets...even with 1 win in Minny moves us up

this does not include BC winning Hockey east which is still on the table? .. and does a Hockey East win but them above 15 seed?

Cam needs a reality check…and this team needs confidence…I really wish Cam would not have got the start Saturday…not saying he shouldn’t be our starting goalie but I think he needs to get pulled and do some self reflecting…problem is can’t really do it now going against BC…pairwise is going is kill us this year with our non-conference games….

Do I want to see a SIOUX sweep…ubetcha…BSU has always played us tough and is used to playing in the Ralph…and is mostly juniors and seniors in their mid 20s …. I think BSU will hold it’s own nationally so a loss shouldn’t hurt us too much in pairwise and might be the kick in the shorts these kids need …preach fast start and end to end play all you want until these young’ins experience it won’t sink in …I would rather take a loss this weekend then get swept by UMD because our kids haven’t been grounded yet…

The Beavs always seem to steal one from us and their netminder is solid…BSU 3 UND 1 Will be good for these young guys and we’ll bounce back tomorrow I like the two home games…Berry has been preaching up and down play all week and need to put the puck on net against their D .. finally sinks in Sat…we out shoot BSU 3 to 1 and win 2-0
