Sorry Sprig , regional tickets were the same setup as the Vegas tickets. Champions Club members all had a chance. The higher priority numbers had a better chance. Everyone over 800 had a chance at tickets. We were like 1200 and got 2.

MSG seats 16,000 for hockey. I estimated there were 12,000. 9000+ were green. I think they realized after that, Vegas should have been a larger venue. But you are right, they had never done an event like New York or Vegas,so there was a lot of risk involved. If New York hadn't been such a success I don't think there would have been this kind of demand for Vegas. No one who was in New York wants to miss Vegas.

I guess you skipped the part about supporting UND athletics.

For $135 a year you get priority ticket purchase, 15% discount at Sioux Shop, free volleyball and womens hockey admission,plus free food at tailgating,plus you're supporting UND athletics. Pretty good deal.

You can join the champions club for $135 a year. All of my friends at that level got them. None of them are rich.

I know it's disappointing but just remember this thing is 18 months away. Alot of people bought as many as they could just because they could. Those tickets all don't have a home. Plus 18 months is a long time. Plans and schedules change,people die (JK). There will be tickets available.

In the old days on the CC broadcast, whenever there was a break in the gameplay, they would put a large moving tiger head on the screen. Drove you nuts.

Everyone blames NCHCTV for the quality of game broadcasts. NCHCtv doesnt have broadcast crews or camera crews. They simply take the feeds from the different schools and make them available through their website. CC has always sucked. At least we didn't have to endure the floating tiger head.

BU lost to Merrimack #35 pairwise 4-1. So there's that.

Well, on the bright side the tournament is ALL on the road.
