Halloween weekend is a very popular weekend in Vegas, FYI. Hotels cost more and fill up quicker than other weekends. If you can get there that just means it'll be more fun, but it may be harder to get the rooms you want and you may pay more for them.

The light rail stops right at Target Center, not a 1/2 mile away like St Paul. It's more convenient. Also, where would you ride the light rail to St Paul from? Minneapolis? It's a 50 minute ride from Downtown Minneapolis and like 70-80 minutes from MOA. Minneapolis wins there. Parking is not easier in St Paul. There are far more ramps in Minneapolis, including a much larger one hooked onto the arena than Xcel has. This is a wash. The X may have a couple more sports bars near by, but Minneapolis has far more bars overall around the arena with more food options and variety. St Paul does have the museums right there I'll give you that. But bringing up theater's when comparing Minneapolis to St Paul is a bad idea. Minneapolis is renowned for their historic theaters. Minneapolis has far more to do overall than St Paul. That's just a fact. There are some great reasons to move it back to St Paul, and I want them to, but the reason you listed just aren't true or all that important.

Is there any need to worry about the fact that the Target Center might be a much less expensive facility for the NCHC to host the site at? I mean in terms of how much profit the arena takes from the proceeds or how the contract is set up. What is the TC is financially more favorable for some reason and they don't want to move back? It's just a guess but thought does scare me. I've heard the TC charges much less to host concerts than the X and that smaller bands prefer the TC as they are make more $$ there.

I'd be willing to bet the NCHC will be moving back over to the X as soon as they can.

Who cares what some tool from Fargo who likely has never seen a game in person thinks. Even the GF police said the celebration was no big deal.

After the !@#$ show that was getting our tickets last year at will call we're glad to be out of town on a ski vacation during this years Tourney. However much I love having the Tourney right here in town where I live it's not worth going to the Target Center for it.

We'll be there Saturday night. Managed to get some tickets from my wife's family who can't go. This is an expensive ticket right now. Pumped for this game. Went to the Wisco games last year in Madison and I think we beat them 5-1 on Saturday.. It wasn't even that close though...

What's the TV Situation again? ESPNU? I don't think I get that So we may end up at Joe Sensors for this one. Last week they had the party room at the Roseville location set up with only the hockey games on all the TV's in there.

Why didn't they build the arena to have seats all the way down to the glass? I hate when they leave those big open areas between the seating sections and the glass. Waste of space and looks awful.

What if someone gets bad service or a Pat Down in Sioux Falls?!?! OH THE HORROR~!!! We'd need to move the tourney again. Luckily for 90siouxfan they don't have many darkies there so he should be safe from seeing or interacting with any... Poor guy.
