Even the old ralph, or wait, even the old barn sounds like it was better than BC's current arena. We all know that nothing stands to compare to the Ralph, but this arena in Boston sounds like crap. I hope their season goes the same way as the arena they play in.

That is annoying on here when people are that way. I guess some people just expect you to know everything and be up to date with everything that is going on in the world of college hockey.

Forget this crap. I tried loggin in and it kept saying purchase package and I still don't hear any audio. I guess I will just look for a State link or read what you all update. How do you say the last names of some of these new players? I think I remember that Genoway is pronounced with a guh sound now unlike his brother, but what about Malone? Is it Maloney or just Malone? Picked up mine on ticketmaster, but the only problem is that you can only get 4 seats together. We have two more in our group that will have seats someplace else, so hopefully we can find people who might want to switch seats. We are in Sections 25&4 Saturday and Sections 2&4 Sunday. Along with this trip I am coming up to GF for the gopher series, can't wait. Hopefully this year will be as great as everyone is predicting!!! Kind of a weird day game setup along with the times, but it is nice since we will only have to get a hotel room for one night!!!

I know this isn't ticket related, but I didn't want to post this in another section. I noticed on somebody's website a Sioux puck that I don't have. It is the one from opening night at the new arena and it has some white and green on it with the new logo. If anybody has an extra that they would be willing to sell I would be really interested. Thanks for helping a Sioux fan out! Again sorry I know this site isn't a marketplace, but I really want one of these pucks and don't know which section to post this in. I'll buy the Radke jersey for $50. Anybody know if they have the new game pucks and others for sale yet at the Ralph? Also, will they have these new jerseys available for us to buy this season?

I haven't been up to a game in Grand Forks since I graduated and was planning on making the trip this year for the gopher series. If I purchase tickets right when they go on sale next Thursday, can I find some in the lower bowl or are those all season ticket holders? Just trying to determine the best way to get tickets in a good location. Thanks

I now have my 3 Duncan pucks!!! They are really neat looking just like the Matt Carle one from last year. I have a connection to somebody who works with Hobey Baker and he picked them up for me at the banquet. I am not sure when they will be available online anywhere but I am sure that the Ralph or someplace in Grand Forks will be selling them. He said that they were going like hotcakes, though I don't know where other than the banquet. I would think that they might start showing up on ebay, but I am keeping mine and don't need to make money off of other Sioux fans.

I received an email back from the company and they will be making the Duncan puck and it will be available at some banquet on May 3rd. After that it will be available through the hobey baker website. YES!!!

I emailed the company that did the Hobey puck that was sold at the frozen four and told them that it would be a great moneymaker to do another puck with Duncan on it. When that one was listed on ebay I noticed the company name underneath was called trophypucks.com, so hopefully they might look into this or somebody else will get this done because it would be a great collectors item. I just hope I have a way of getting one now if this happens. If they had the rights to do the puck with all 3 players, they should be able to do just one, right? Or maybe the University plans on doing one next as part of their many collector pucks.

I saw that puck on ebay a couple of days ago as somebody mentioned in another thread, but it didn't really appeal to me. UND or Sioux stuff only on my pucks.

I also feel a little at fault as well because I told some people to be sure to get me a championship puck after we win since everybody said that whoever would win our regional would take the crown. I too apologize if this brought us some bad karma.

The reasons we lost in my opinion... 1)I truly believe that Boston just outplayed us. That team has a lot of hustle and now I hate them even more than I did before this game. 2)Couldn't win faceoffs. 3)Our boys were tired because we were killing penalities that I think looked legitimate, though things got a little crazy with the calls. 4)Defense didn't clear the puck to help out Lammy after his amazing saves and giving us a chance with his #1 top play save. It's tough to win a game when these things don't happen and BC exploited these. I am really sick of playing this team and I hope that Michigan State can top them. I really don't want to see people complaining on this board about officials or individual players or the coach because it just wasn't in the cards for us again. I think the way the team handled themselves this season shows much class and I enjoyed our final run at the end of the season. I am also glad that we beat the gophers because that was pretty sweet! Hats off to our team because we made another great run and I hope Sioux fans have a great offseason.

Time to check our reasons again why we love our team so much since we have many new members now. Just thought I would bring this out becuase this is a great way to find out why we enjoy watching this green black and white team play not matter what they are wearing! I was just transformed by watching the game when I was a student and ever since the Gopher/Sioux game on Valentines day in 1998 I think it was at the old arena, it just grew on me and I love seeing that small town bring so much to a state. P.S. We should also add to the poll now a choice that we would love to see them win just to stick it to the NCAA!!!

I made a bet with one of my students that if the Sioux win, she would wear a Sioux jersey, but if the gophers win, well I would have to do a lot of explaining to people that I wasn't just jumping on a bandwagon. I really don't want to wear a big M on my chest to teach Monday. LET'S GO SIOUX, PLEASE!!!
