I think it would probably take 1 year cooling off period anyways after the sioux name and then prolly they will have to set up a comittee im sure which will take some time then allow students/staff/fighting sioux club members to vote on it. Either way its going to take at least a year or two to find a new name even if the 3 year rule does get unconstitutional

I think it would be kind of cool to have it at the highest seed in the tourney. There would have to be specs tho. Like in an arena above 10,000 people etc etc so if it happend to be Denver, they would have to play in the pepsi center but im sure that woudl have to be schedule and not jsut thrown together in a week. A petition was circulating a local establishment in Grand Forks. Probably the most busiest one yesterday because of the activity they had going on there but from a 10am till 5pm time frame he got around 175 signatures.
