  1. they might win tomorrow, but that will be it. I think they have a learning disability in that how many times can a King be left alone in front of the net. Someone on another sight said it best. in front of Crawford there are 2 Kings players and no Hawks and in front of Quick there are two Kings and one Hawk laying on the ice.
  2. so basically what you are saying is the Hawks are fu@&ed. because if you thought the Hawks were barely the better team against a mediocre Detroit club there is no way they can be better than LA.
  3. 3-1, but I also felt they had a chance to come back against against detroit because they were by far the better team. you can't say that about LA.
  4. let's see. the Kings are dominating in every aspect of this series:offense, defense, goaltending, special teams and they seem to want it more. the stat that tells it all. with like four minutes left in the third last night the Kings were outshooting the Hawks 13-2. they wree up by one but playing with desperation like they were down by one. it doesn't help when Kane, Sharp and Hossa are non existent this series. if they lose tomorrow it will be abandon ship.
  5. they will win the whole thing. hawks can't hang with them and neither team in the east will last past 5. start talk of a kings dynasty.
  6. the hawks couldn't get a effin pk right now if their lives depended on it.
  7. they no longer have home ice advantage in which is where they won their series these playoffs. they have played horrible on the road. they are 2-4. the Kings are 6-4 on the road, the Canadians are 5-2 and the Rangers are 6-3. anything less than a split in LA and they are done. there has been dynasty talk recently about them which is a little premature. if you think about dynasties in sports and those teams have relished going on the road and winning. they walk into buildings and shut the home crowds up. I'm waiting for them to go on the road a have a convincing 5-2 win in which there is no doubt in the third period whois going to win. they haven't done that since 2010 against Vancouver. maybe my expectations are too much. their performance on the road these playoffs hasn't led anyone to be confident in them.
  8. well evidently coach Q is angry with how the Blackhawhs lost. well good, but whoopdydoo because unless they start to play with some intensity it won't matter. they have played with absolutely zero intensity and heart these playoffs, what makes one think they will start now
  9. I'm so upset I thought I would just start to plagiarise.
  10. this is what happens when you sleepwalk through games. they did it the whole Wild series and it finally caught up with them. they had better find a way to get to that extra gear or LA will finish them off in five or six. LA wins the next game, book it. The Blackhawks haven't won the first game on the road in a series since 2010.
  11. although with the amount of goons they have and cheap shots they do, maybe they are more comparable to Denver a few years back with Paukovich(sp).
  12. so what you're saying is you wouldn't walk across the street to watch it.
  13. at some point in these playoffs I'm hoping the Blackhawks can get out of their second period funk. it seems like every second period these playoffs they have been outshot 17-6 and badly outplayed and have had their rearends saved by Crawford.
  14. there must be a huge influx of people coming into Graqnd Forks, because with all the flippin new aprtment complexes going up you would think that GF is going to double in size in the next few years. especially on the southend, everywhere you look there is a new complex going up. not good for home values.
  15. the Hawks were fortunate to win this series considering their lackluster play for the majority of it. they need to find another level of play from here on out or they won't be repeating as all the teams left are better than the Wild and they won't be ableto get away with it.
  16. so was this memorable enought to put KANE #88 on that back of your Wild jersey, I was just wrong onthe game in St. Paul in which Kane would be memorable. that said the Hawks didn't deserve to win last night.
  17. Yep the Blackhawks have shown that can't win or play with the Wild in St. Paul. Which is sad being they are the defending champs.
  18. On the Wild goal if Seabrook is going to take swipe at the puck in mid air right in front of the net in an attempt to get it out of there...he can not whiff!
  19. yes, he did.
  20. it will be that most memorable of an experience you will feel the need to.
  21. along with those that put former players names and numbers on the current edition of UND hockey jerseys that those players never wore.
  22. KANE #88 after he puts up a hat trick tomorrow night.
  23. Dale Tallon is their GM who did assemble the main parts of the core in Chicago. so what is actually happening in Florida is perplexing.
  24. I agree. I never got the impression he really wanted to be here though. Something tells me if he wouldn't have gotten hurt his freshman year he would have left after last season.
