When Polasek was hired there was talk of a mass exodus of players to the portal. He kept almost all and it seems like his players would run through fire for him. This program needs someone like that.

Not disagreeing. In this situation what coach being hired will move that needle to increase sales. You have a known commodity and then the unknown. I want a coach who will let the players play for why they were brought here not to fit a square peg in a round hole of a system.
