Their green jerseys with yellow pants look so much better. The yellow alternate is worn so much that it's hardly an 'alternate' anymore. Kinda like Michigan hockey's yellow jersey.

It's Appalachian State and that's a great analogy. So before that game, you predicted Michigan would wind up 'a mess' by season's end? How about NDSU vs Kansas State? Georgia Southern vs Florida? Eastern Washington vs Oregon State?

Special occasions is one thing...and I am a big fan of third jerseys. But having four-five jersey and pant colors along with five different helmets does nothing for me. Did you notice Indiana's hot mess of a wardrobe this season?

Groan. So we can be like Tennessee, Oklahoma State, West Virginia, and everyone else who decided to add grey to their uniform color scheme in the past season or two? Why stop there? Why not add the fake color 'volt' to the uniform scheme as well?

Because some schools actually like tradition - Alabama...Georgia...Florida State. Special-event jerseys like Notre Dame's green jersey are cool...coming out with some different Nike garbage every week waters down your brand.
