When BTN finally got to the hockey feed following the OT basketball game, my first reaction when I saw it was 3-0 Spartans? "Not enough."

Isn't Minnesota just about out of luck? I swear, Don Lucia's had a leprechaun in his suit pocket since the OSU weekend.

The Spartans have 20 shots on goal. Mike Reilly alone has 6 for Minnesota.

A 3-0 lead on the road in the 1st against Minnesota's back-up goalie...MSU should be kicking itself over this missed opportunity.

Just found it funny that the conglomerates of Fargo and Grand Forks are upset at a western program that's apparently too big for Its own britches.

A better question would be how and why so damn many highly ranked teams lost to teams in the 30s, 40s, and 50s, allowing Minnesota to move up from the "Fire Lucia" column into an almost sure-thing tournament participant.

Further digging revealed it was not on Dish thanks to a dispute with FSN. Bummer for me...first T-Wolves game I would have watched in probably nine years.

Musta missed it flipping thru channels...good for the Timberwolves to win the game in Garnett's return. I still think giving up Thaddeus Young was a bit much for a 38 year old player, but it's nice to see KG return to Minneapolis.
