    I am sure playing in a city (area) where there is already an established FBS team in a super conference (BC) doesn't help. UMASS may have been a big deal in the FCS but competing against the big boys for media, and exposure isn't going to help you especially when you are at the bottom of a conference like the MAC.

    Which makes the regular season more important in conferences like the BSC. You go 0-18 in the BSC you won't have a chance for the dance, SUU at 0-18 could be dancing in a conference that allows all its members in their tournament. I think thats sad.

    My prediction (not my hopes) is women dance, men win one then lose and hockey loses in the frozen four. My hopes is a NC sweep for UND!!

    UND's last home game puts the official attendance mark at: 1839 avg 25,746 total Last year UND had: 1625 avg 22,756 total Increase of 214 avg and 2990 total. That is a good sign!! Gotta love attendance increases. Of course winning = butts in the seats. Might be bigger if we had more D1 OOC games at the Betty. NDSU and SDSU is the only DI teams there was.

    So they are better than Maryland-E.S., Citadel, Bethune-Cookman, Grambling St, and Presbyterian with 18 total wins amoung those 5 schools? I don't understand RPI's. Cornell is 1-24 with an RPI of 331. HUH?!? UND is 205

    What happened to Southern Utah!!! 8-12 in the conference and 11-20 overall LAST YEAR. This year 0-18 in the conference and 1-26 overall. That one win was against NAIA Arizona Christian University. What a downfall for the T-Birds!! I bring this up because UND beat them in the BSC tournament last year. From the Tournament to a one win (so far) season...YIKES!

    UND has one conference game over 2k 2,033 vs Montana with only 3 all year but the other 2 are the SU's, I hope the place is packed, not much going on on a Tuesday night.

    Goodell wanted to eliminate kickoffs, now he is not fond of extra points, one thought was a TD was 7, going for the 1 point conversion (not 2 points) make it and it's 8 total, miss and it's 6 total.     This may sound like a dumb question but why are there different classes for sports like basketball where only 5 kids play on the court at a time? You never see Grand Forks Central vs Thompson or Dakota Prairie vs Devils Lake. I get football where you need a bigger team, but not basketball or volleyball. It's not like the talent level is really that different like the pros. Just curious.
