NDSU can beat one, South Dakota can beat one there's no reason why UND can't.

BSC teams that has 20 wins since 2012: Montana, Weber State (acutally had 30 wins), Eastern Washington has 19 as of now, Sac State has 16. The SL has had 4 different teams hit 20+ since 2012. UND has won 16 and 17 games last 2 seasons, but if Jones can't figure out how to win OOC games especially on the road UND will never get to 20.

You can wear the Sioux logo and support the school and you can wear a (insert new nickname/logo here) and support the school. I could go to the ND HS hockey tournament in my GFC Redskins jacket and cheer on GFC with a guy wearing a GFC Knights jacket. Its the same school....Grand Forks Central. Just remember the saying when UND moved up to DI.....WE ARE ONE, WE ARE NORTH DAKOTA!!!

There is more to basketball than just the conference tournament, especially now that you have play-in games for the tournament. Texas-Southern won the SWAC with a 19-14 record only to lose to Cal Poly, a team with a losing record just to crowned 16th seed.

UND plays roughly 10-11 OOC games, if they can have a schedule that looks like this, that would be great. UND at NDSU UND vs SDSU UND at USD UND vs Omaha UND vs Denver UND at Minnesota UND vs UNI UND at Nebraska UND at Wisconsin UND vs Creighton Not only would they get a taste of the Big 10, but it could cut traveling down greatly.

I know some people don't like to bring up NDSU as a comparison, but it seems they have no problem getting to 20 wins and it's not just because of SL play it's because they can win OOC games both home and away along with money games (ex Notre Dame). Why can't we do that......BRIAN JONES.

What you are asking of Jones next year should be priority every year. If other Dakota teams can meet these goals UND should be right with them.

I wish they would have doubleheaders is there BSC teams that have them?

Here's a little factoid....Brian Jones has led only 2 UND teams during his time to an average home attendance of 2000 or more. TWICE!! Prior to him joining UND the attendance went from 2152-4943. (of course some of these numbers were during the Hyslop era going back to 1991-92 (thanks to the wiki for the numbers). 2045 in 2011-12 thanks to hosting NDSU at the Ralph, and 2189 in 2006-07 Jones' coaching debut. This season UND has an average of 1728 which is down from 1839 last year, while the women are averaging 1757 (29 more than the men), which is almost 200 more than last year (1569).

I think when an FBS study is done they should look at the savings by hacking some sports that don't generate much for attendance like baseball, soccer and women's hockey.
