Just got home from the game! Wow! From the moment they stepped onto the ice it felt like a huge win. St.Cloud had about 10-15 extra police at the games this weekend in case there was trouble. After the second period they were reassigned to the parking lots to redirect the mass number of Huskie fans that were leaving the Concrete Crapper that was causing a traffic jam Marvin didn't play much of the end of the 3rd period from what I could tell. Yes, they sent him to the locker room right after the game. I saw one of the coaches point him towards the tunnel.

Once all tickets are sold, they sell what is called 'Standing Room Only." They are cheap too, something like $15. I have never seen every seat filled in this rink so some buy those SRO tickets and sit in the empty seats. Sitting in the top row isn't really that far away since this barn is small. I called the ticket office and they said, " there are still many left for Friday and Saturday there are still some singles left. They also said that over 150 student tickets still remain for each night. When I heard that I thought about how our students camped out last Fall to get their tickets! Glad I'm a Sioux fan and now a Clown.

I was at the SCSU games this past weekend. AA had SCSU on the ropes on Friday but didn't show up to play on Saturday. One win this coming weekend is very possible. I've seen 8 of the 10 teams play so far and the one I think that will fall out of the top 5 will be CC. I'll see DU and AA soon. Of those 8 I'm most impressed with UW.
