Yea I was just pointing out about the 4 names you had listed I have high hopes for all recruits but yes I think Nick will be an early round draft pick to.

Without reading through the newer posts on this thread I'll assume it's the same as the stuff on USCHO about Penn State. First off I love the spot of expanding the game, personally anything that makes college hockey better is worth exploring IMO. It used to seem like this was dreamed up in some guys head but I like that there is some progress, if you wanna call it that. I also enjoy the idea of Colorado State looking at D-1 hockey, thought it was not really by the university. Read about that here. Though a business man collected over 700 signatures on a petition but hey it's a start at least some people are trying to expand the game. If they went D-1 I would think it would make sense for Colorado to do the same but thats a whole different argument. Back to Penn State.. I'm not gonna bring up the B10 hockey conference because I hate beating dead horses, though I don't think it would happen and this is not necessarily a step in that direction. IF some other schools would like to explore a move up and could manage to jump through the hoops to get here(finances, title IX) all that garbage then there could be a different landscape in 5-10 years. But my present concern is not allowing college hockey to shrink before we start thinking about expansion in the future, the leagues need to figure this thing out between them about what will be better for the game then what will be better for the bottom line IMO but we all know thats not how things will be viewed. My 2 cents(sorry I get bored and can't sleep)

These four right here will be special..Forbort might be a first round pick, he's solid on the blue line..Danny Mattson what more can you say about the kid he changes the play of the game with his speed...Cichy and Kristo will make an impact next year I feel pretty comfortable with them coming in. Also remember with Kristo's stats he missed a chunk of the season because of the World Juniors.

This is some what if stuff looking for who to cheer for this weekend.. Northeastern losing to BU would win us the NE comparison based on TUC Boston College sweeping New Hampshire would lower NH's RPI and would switch that comparison I believe, They are only 15 RPI points ahead of us. A Union/Renesselar sweep of Cornell would maybe switch the RPI as they are only 32 points ahead of us and we would win the tiebreak with them based on RPI A Wisco sweep of DU would switch the COp and we would win that comparison over DU This is all basing the fact we still need to sweep, just thought I'd share my boredom with the rest of you. Correct if I'm wrong as I didn't recheck my numbers. EDIT: I can't believe its only Tuesday

We will also play one of the other teams in the Notre Dame tourney which makes it 8 non conference games. The World Junior team game and The Manitoba game are both exhibitions and do not count against our total.

I'd imagine it'd be the NAHL but thats just my personal opinion. They've played Benilde a couple times this year which was the only real quality opponent and he managed 1 goal in the games. His line is on the ice the majority of the game, if you've ever seen this team play some of the teams in their league you would understand why his numbers are inflated. I'm not trying to bash the kid but the level of competition is just not their in his league...sorry It came off as a bash my apologies.
