I have the package with the FCS channels. Primarily they air Gophers & Wisconsin games, but every once in a while you might get some CCHA games as well. I think they aired some Denver games last year also. The other thing they do is replay most of the games a few times at odd hours (early morning, middle of the night). Hope this helps.

You should be able to pick up 710 from Bismarck for your whole trip. That station can be picked up practically throughout all of ND & SD.

Is anybody familiar with the area around the Nutter Center? Just wondering where other Sioux fans will be gathering before/after the games. Does anybody know if there are any good sports bars in the area?

Maine was supposed to come to North Dakota this season as the second part of a 2-year deal that started in Maine last October. Something happened with their schedule and they had to cancel. According to a guy I know from Maine, they should be coming out here in 2006-07.

Apparently Maine will not be coming to the Ralph next season after all. Their schedule was released today. Here's the link: Maine Schedule I was almost certain that they were coming here as part of a 2-year deal. My friend in Maine said that adding Vermont to Hockey East affected the number of non-league games they could schedule, and that they may be coming in 2006-07 instead.

Me and a buddy went to the series in Maine in October, and we were very impressed with the fans. Several people talked about how much respect they have for UND after the Walsh jersey deal a few years ago. You expect to have some people get in your face when you go on the road, but we really didn't encounter any of that. Instead, almost everybody that approached us wanted to talk about our team, our arena, etc. I found a Maine fan on USCHO before that series who set us up with tickets, and we're returning the favor when he and his wife come to the Ralph in October. We've been exchanging emails for the past several months and he assured me that a lot of Maine fans were pulling for the Sioux after they got knocked out of the tournament. I've become a big Maine hockey fan after that weekend. I'd love to see UND & Maine continue to schedule each other after the 2005-06 season.

Just to clarify, won't the game be at 4pm Phoenix time? I thought that Arizona doesn't observe daylight saving time, so after the time change, won't they be 3 hrs. behind Eastern time? I've been checking into this as I will be in the Phoenix area next week also.
