That is odd... I have logged on a couple of times and it won't load automatically so I hit the "play" button and it comes on for a second and then I only see the green scree with no picture. Is there some computer setting I may screwed up that is keeping me from seeing the video... anyone?

Anyone else have Dataflix and not getting any video (or only get it for a second when you hit the "play" button)? Oh yeah... screw the gophers!

Like I said earlier this year... I am keeping tabs of all the games that I missed and all of the games that Dataflix knew we would miss ahead of time but don't tell you about. At the end of the year, I will send out an email to all of the people who have replied to me at my law firm in Minneapolis [email me at Harvey@rightsattorneys.com if you are interested] and I plan on filing suit against them for breach of contract/consumer fraud/etc. in Federal court to recoup mine and others money back for their actions. In the end, my only hope is that they pay enough in damages from refunds and attorney's fees that they: 1) think twice about asking consumer to pay for their services as is; and 2) think three times about not responding to consumer complaints when they do screw up. In the end - and I think we all agree - we would all be a lot more forgiving of them if they would admit when they make a mistake or, at the very least, let us know ahead of time when they can't/won't be broadcasting a game so we all don't spend three hours trying. I just got my dataflix subscription today since it wasn't on my FSSN dish. However, as luck would have it, every time I try and login it won't let me... what else is new. Is the internet feed not working tonight? I tried with no luck and have only found the Mankato feed for the game. Any suggestions on how to fix any of the above would be much appreciated.

If you go The Ralph website, it says that ANY bar/restaurant can buy, via pay per view, any game telecast on dataflix and show it at their establishment. The cost was around $35.00 per game I think. Therefore, any bar that has an internet connection, a computer with an S-cable/RCA "outs" and a TV with those same "ins," you can watch the dataflix broadcast in a bar on TV... I do it in my TV room for every game not on the FSSN. Not too bad either... just right click on the smaller dataflix window and choose the "full screen" option and my entire big screen is the dataflix broadcast. Reply here if you want further setup info on how I do it.

The Friday game will be broadcast by CSTV which is carried by, among others, DirecTV on channel 610 (if it's the same as last year). So, call a bar and see if they have DirecTV (and they get channel 610 which is sometimes extra $). If so, you're in!

Exactly! If you are going to advertise to sell a satellite system to pick up the game, you better be sure your tranmissions can be picked up on the satellite systems you are selling! Anyone have an email address of someone higher up the chain... maybe I can send them a "legal" response...

That's pretty cool. How about Dagwood's... do they have a shuttle. Tryin to stay up in that NW quadrant before the game... then celebrate "the cup" (fingers crossed) downtown. Any "shuttle" updates would be great. Thanks.

That's not "my" picture... I was always a Dagwood's pre-game fan... mostly because the drive was short and straight... ... and they had a bottle shop on sight. Is there anything within walking distance of the REA. I drove through at Christmas, but spent most of my time near the mall... speaking of by the mall... how is Buffalo Wild Wings before a game. Trying to stay "uptown" prior to the game, and then go "downtown" after the game. The Backdoor is still open... right?

It's been three years since I have been to Grand Forks for a game. That being said, and with most of my former haunts either having moved (i.e. Dagwood's) or being competed with (i.e. Buffalo Wild Wings), where is THE place to go before a Saturday game... say like 11:00 a.m. And then again at 4:00. Any info will be much appreciated. And, show up, I will buy some drinks (i.e. Diet Coke, 7-up, ice tea with lemon ).

That is odd news considering I couldn't find 2 tickets together on ticketmaster, and neither could the agent at ticketmaster when I called to see if there were even two that were a couple of rows apart. In fact, I couldn't even get 2 in the entire side of the arena that the Sioux shoot at twice! WTF? Oh' well... I will be there and take the best two seats I can find regardless. Thanks for the 411 on that.

There "may" be a chance of picking up Victory if you could find the satellite that they are bouncing off of for the broadcasts. For instance, I got both the FSSN and CSTV version of the Sioux hockey games a couple of weekends ago on my Free To Air system... luck I am sure, but if you got the FTA and a motor mount, I suppose you could eventually find a way to hit the signal before it gets to the cable company... ? Right?

Anyone have 2 side-by-side tickets for this weekend. Also, if I bought two non side-by-side off ticketmaster, would I possibly find two unoccupied seats at REA that I could sit in anyway? Any info would be much appreciated!

Hey Pete... it's Harvey from Lakeville. You did an awesome job of installing my satellite system. I may call you on Friday to see if you are able to get the game... I may need your assistance in pulling my dish left or right if there is a raw feed available.
