So Texas (Baylor) or Oklahoma (TCU), who are again both co-champs, get in over OSU? Possibly but not likely. It was stated very early in this P5 tournament talk that WINNING your conference carries a lot of weight. Being a co-champion isn't winning a conference IMO. Until the Big 12 fixes that..............

If Texas and Oklahoma were swapped in same scenario with Baylor and TCU last night... nothing changes.

P5...the 5 in that stands for five conferences. 4 of those conferences actually had a determined champion on the field. One did not due to it's co-champ BS and lack of title game. Actually not surprised TCU fell behind Baylor due to head to head. MM = King of Hypotheticals!

#1 Bama #2 Oregon #3 FSU #4 OSU Neither of the co-champs of Big 12 are in. When the Commish of the Big 12 can't declare at definite champ with no title game to determine a true champ, this is what happens. This conclusion wasn't complicated IMO.

The Big 12 shot itself in the foot by not declaring a "champion". Co-champs will kill the chance of either TCU or Baylor getting in. Baylor beat TCU...but co-champs is warm and fuzzy. Now both will be out.
