No...just the part that hockey will at any point be dependent on FB or what that program does. Not sold on UND going FBS but if it happens...it happens.

Have you been to a UND FB in the past handful of years or followed the UND FB program? I have season tickets to both FB and hockey and have for sometime and hockey at UND will NEVER need anything from the FB program at the FCS or FBS level to continue to be successful. As my girls would say..."dude, you're cra cra!"

Goaltending is a huge issue but Zucker leads the team in goals. I think he is a good player but that fact says more about this teams lack of finishers more than anything else. They can't stop the puck and they can't score.......last time I checked that isn't a good combination.

I'll admit I don't watch as much of this team as most of you but I did watch most of the game tonight. The team has really some good parts but the parts are not close to equalling a cohesive whole. "Just ball" isn't too far off. Poor rebounding really is nothing more than lack of effort and willingness to compete.

Because getting a half court heave is considered a quality shot?

Tom Deis and Bobby Franklin played for Linton that season....both very good BB players as well.

Best HS BB player in ND that I have ever seen. In that era Brian Buhr of Page was tremendous. Best pure shooter I played against in that same time frame...Monty Lund of Ray. Best overall HS athlete...Pete Erickson of Kenmare.

Some recent reports, although not confirmed, are that the 17 year old girl that was killed raced to front of bus to try to get bus off tracks as the driver was slumped over at the wheel.
