You should be ecstatic over this weekend's results. Only once (out of 12 chances) did UND give up a goal in the first 2min or the last 2min of the period. And they got it out of the way right away (1st period Friday). Concern? Sure, but only because there's still work to be done in the PWR (and the NCHC standings). But the team has had better results recently. Hopefully they turned a corner with the wins at WMU and can back that up with some more points this upcoming weekend.

Not bad movement this weekend considering UND essentially got swept.

Hopefully Frisch was just shaken up. Would be tough to lose him before next weekend big series.

Glad for two wins, but they certainly didn't make them look easy against a team that they probably should have.

Yep, we could have had a few more PP chances. Did Owen hit 2 posts on that shift? Geez, kid can't buy a goal. He's playing great though. Just gotta keep it moving like that and he'll get one.

Time for our top line of Gaber/Blake/Owen to do something in the 3rd. Despite getting a ton of chances, they really don't have much to show for it this weekend. Time to change that in the 3rd to win the weekend. You know...if they want to keep their post season hopes alive.

NCHC offensive and defensive POTW?

Last night they were able to close it down to a one goal deficit before the 1st period intermission. Not tonight. This one is <feeling> like it won't go our way.

Well, this PP will either swing momentum to Lindenwood or get UND back in the game.

That would have been a sweet way for Owen to score his 1st. The kid is due.

Unless the coaches are keeping an open conversation with them on the players that are for sure leaving and potentially leaving for next season. Even if no players leave early for the pros, there are still enough seniors and grad transfers on the team that lineup spots will be for sure open for next season. We'll see what happens.
