I think most of us would be shocked if he doesn't enter the portal. But if he for some reason stayed to get a ton of ice time next season, I'd be all for it.

Wonder how many of their committed players open up their recruitment once again...and how many of their current players enter the portal. Could be some decent players from both sides that Berry and Co could take a look at.

Agreed that those two played a great series. You can see them both gaining confidence and having improved play over the last couple weeks. I've said it before, but this freshman class is going to do some special things during their time at UND.

It was always their best bet to advance IMO. But now UNO has no shot at an at-large bid any longer, so both teams will be playing for their seasons. It could go any way, but gotta maintain hope!

Agreed. Most of the top teams will be using a combo of recruits + portal moving forward, IMO. We've had good luck with the portal too...guys like Sidorski, Jandric, Driscoll, Michaud, Jones, etc all ended up being great players for us.

I agree for the most part. If anyone comes back, I think it needs to be only for impact players. For example...getting Frisch back would be an enormous plus for our backend next season. And, I think we're a better team next season if Caulfield returns too. Rather than pickup two portal goalies, I'd like to see Hedquist come to campus and one portal goalie...have those two rotate until one moves into the #1 spot.

I’d guess a Lindenwood win this weekend would kill any hopes of an Alaska at large bid.

Moved up to 5th in the standings, but UMD still leading SCSU in the 3rd, so that likely will change.

I'm glad that they won in OT, but UNO shouldn't have even gotten one point tonight. This team needed to learn to clamp down on an opponent in the 3rd period months ago and it cost them a postseason.

Were 10 & 19 out there for every goal against in the 3rd?
