Very tough to predict who will continue to develop and be a star. What sucks is that not long ago, it was hard to find an undrafted guy on the roster.

Ideally, both...but if all you're getting is 4 yr guys that aren't really producing the first couple yrs, it starts to be an issue.

What adjustments can be made to recruiting? Is it being out there more? I honestly don't know. It seems like it shouldn't be that difficult to get a fair share of the high end guys given the reputation of producing NHL players, the facilities, etc. Yet here we are with guys like Simonson playing big mins and important spots.
