I agree, but I think it's a sign that the defense is grasping at straws. The evidence against Rodrigeuz seems quite damning and the defense isn't even denying that he killed Sjodin. If I were sitting on the jury, the question I'd have is: If she was unconscious minutes after being abducted, why did he stab and beat her? Besides that, it would be significantly different from his past MO when he used violence as a terror tactic to subdue his victims. I also think that even if there's no evidence to prove it, most jurors will believe that the last call from Dru's cell phone was her final plea for help.

Because you insist on making a fool out of yourself, I'll tell you based on my own personal experience. Potts recognized the importance of the North Dakota University System working together as a system. He emphasized, promoted and encouraged collaborative efforts between the various entitities of the system. I've heard even some pro-Chapman people admit that the NDUS ran well under Potts. If they can see that, why can't you? Now answer my question: If Potts was such an obvious detriment to the state of North Dakota, how come we never heard about it until Chapman wanted him fired?

A: You took my quote out of context. Whether you consider yourself a Yankee or not, most people outside the U.S. consider all Americans "yanks" or "Yankees." When protestors in other countries shout "Yankee go home!" they're not saying that it's okay for Southerners to stay. B. You're missing the point. You, being from the South, could call me a Yankee and I wouldn't care. And I doubt that few, if any, people in the Yankee-inhabited part of the U.S. would consider it an insult, either. To return to the original point of the thread, it would make even less sense for me to be insulted if someone from North Dakota called me a Yankee.
