Smaby wasn't on the ice, either. Finley and Radke were the defensive pair. Spirko, Zajac and Oshie were the forwards.
  19. Good question. Tim and Swyg bring up the other UND. It's not Hak.

Jones wasn't on the ice. It was Radke and Finley. McMahon wasn't on the team last year. He was a senior in 2005.
  21. Really? I thought he was quoting The Byrds.
  22. From the Green Mill, it's the Fighting Sioux Coaches' Show with UND hockey coach Dave Hakstol and hosts Tim Hennessy and Scott Swygman. TH: The Sioux are coming off a three-point weekend against Alaska-Anchorage and are heading into a home-and-home series with Bemidji State. Three out of four points on the weekend wasn
  23. It all makes sense now. That's where Kupchella got those seeds of change that he was sewing.
  24. Now who's stereotyping? I'm sorry, but I don't think anyone who has responded to you publicly has been cruel or disrespectful. Perhaps some of us have not always been as tactful as we could be, but from my perspective, we have not gone out of our way to look down on you. Certainly nobody is "supporting hatred," which is a most vile and unfair accusation for you to make. You continually complain about how much we don't know about American Indians and their culture. Well, whose fault is that? If you think that people harbor too many misperceptions and misconceptions about the Indian world, then it's incumbent upon American Indians to actively work to change that. Most people will not go out of their way to educate themselves on subjects that they see as having little or no relevance to their everyday lives. That's not being mean or hurtful or cruel or disrespectful or hateful. It's simply human nature for people to believe what they hear from others, especially when no alternative is presented. The misinformation that's been circulating for decades won't change until it's replaced with accurate information. Might I also suggest that erecting barriers that tend to hinder communication and prevent the outside world from learning about and understanding American Indian life, culture, traditions, history and traditions is not the best way to battle the ignorance you claim to abhor?
  25. Actually, I agree.
