  1. [Ace Ventura]That was a close one, ladies and gentlemen. Unfortunately, in every contest, there must be... A LOSER! LOOOHOOOSERRRHERRR![/Ace Ventua]
  2. Here's a more detailed account of Keeble's military exploits in World War II and Korea.

  4. More information on Keeble: Senate Concurrent Resoluton No. 2
  5. I believe the AG has said numerous times that he believes UND has a good case against the NCAA. Or doesn't that count when UND is involved?
  6. Great article! But just wait until THETRIOUXPER finds out about this:
  7. I have no idea what you're talking about.
  8. The margin of the win means nothing. All that matters is that it's a win, which is a heck of a lot better than a tie or a loss. We'll see after tomorrow night how much it helps the Sioux in the PairWise. It's certainly not going to hurt, and that's important, too. Also, as Hakstol mentioned on the coaches' show this week, the Sioux have a very good nonconference record. It's important to keep that up, too. It could make a big difference in making the NCAAs in post-season play.
  9. That's the least it should be able to do.
  10. It doesn't matter if we won by one goal or 10. All that matters is how it helps the Sioux in the PairWise. At the end of the season, nobody's going to remember how much we won by at Bemidji. Getting the W is all that matters.
  11. She's a homer, too.
  12. Hakstol's comments: We knew it would be a good game from the start. It was a better game than the one here last year. Maybe it was not as hardnosed, but it was better played. We moved the puck very well in the first period. They're very aggressive in all zones. It can create opportunities when beat the pressure, and we were doing that. They came out with a huge flurry at the start of the third. We weathered it after giving up a goal. Fabian's goal was an ugly one, but it looked pretty from where I was on the bench. Both goalies played very well tonight. Phil might have won us a game tonight, but it was a real good goaltending battle tonight. Both goalies made some great saves. Our first goal was great power play play. It was a great pass, a great shot. The second one, two or three of our guys could have got it, but somehow it even got through Phil. We hurt ourselves in the second period with three penalties in a row. We can't take those penalties. It really drained our energy left when we got back to 5 on 5 in the period. We had to juggle our lines when Kozek went off early in the first. We had some guys who backed off in the second. It was a very, very good win for our team. I liked our composure in the last minute a half. We did a great job of keeping the puck down in their zone and not letting the goalie get off the ice. That shows a little bit of growth.
  13. At least they're not homers.
  14. Would you believe applie pie ala mode?
  15. Yep. I knew this would be a tough game. A win on the road against a good team is great any way you slice it. Heck, I would have been happy with a tie the way things were going.
  16. I'll summarize Hak's comments, unless someone else wants to do it.
  17. I've got the radio feed, if that's what you mean.
  18. Great job by Fabian to come up with the game-winner. That's what we need from the seniors.
  19. Sioux win it 3-2.
  20. Goalie out for BSU. Less than a minute left.
  21. I think they're playing more like Hennessy sounds.
  22. 1:30 left. Still 3-2. BSU takes its timeout.
  23. We need a Duncan empty netter to finish it off.
  24. 2:20 left. 3-2 sioux lead.
  25. Goal Fabian!!!
