they were talking about that on xm home ice this morning... a couple seemed to think there were a couple too many teams in the tourney, but why limit that, let some of the other countries develop their programs. what they need to do is address the goal differential as a tie breaker so teams like kazikstan get the score ran up on them every game... that being said, kazikstan is horrible.

i also will be watching in hd from the living room. my big question is, with the seating being so far from the ice, will that take away anything for the fans at the game? there should be fans on the glass all the way around, and from what i have heard, that will not be the case?

i don't think we will see the likes of a jonny toews again... but i am optomistic d toews will be a great 4 year player for the sioux.

lapoint has had a season and a half to earn his criticism, lets give macwilliam at least a game or two . and would you disagree if i said to this point of his career, lapoint has been a dissapointment? i think most of us would agree with that, and i for one hope to see him turn it around and be the player we all think he can be.

so is pat kane, although i think schroeder has some work to do to get to that level, i don't doubt he will be an impact player in the nhl in the next few years. i wouldn't be surprised to see him come back for his soph season.

what odds are those? and how many times have we been swept this season? ill take the optomistic high road and say sioux get back on track with a sweep against a team they should beat. 3-2 ot win in bemidji, 6-3 win at home. duncs with the hatty on saturday.

toews had two assists tonight as the hawks set a franchise record with their 9th straight win. am i the only one who was shocked that an original six team has never put together a winning streak in double digits?! i guess that goes to show how hard each win in the nhl is.

i'd take a sioux survivor game that lasted half the season as long as it meant the sioux were scoring in bunches and winning
