Keep Freuchte at offensive coordinator - hire a head coach that is successful and leaves for a fbs position in four years and then Freuchte takes over as head coach

My uneducated guess is that Fruechte is a true interim and there will be a national search for the permanent head coach but I know nothing

I don’t know if you would consider Fruechte to be an insider
