Exactly my whole intent on discussing audibles was what is our coaches philosophy. How much rope do they give our players. Not just with qb audibles. Certainly Ira (and most here) knows much more about football than I ever will. I didn’t even play football. I would think that we want a certain amount of freedom given to players if they spot obvious last second changes needed. heck, maybe our players are making last second changes -including audibles- right in front of everyone. My untrained eye was only wondering if it was so . Hoping it was so peace to you UND fans

I don’t know if our qb has been told not to audible. The question is have you or anyone else noticed our qb audible. I think you are saying you expect a qb to audible even if told not to - which I question. I f a coach says no and the player says yes it damn better work

So if a punter is told to punt and he decides that he should run instead of punt that is ok? if our d is told not to go for a blocked punt and someone decides he wants to that is ok If a linebacker is supposed to blitze and decides not to that is ok? if a qb is told not to audible and he audibles that is ok Idk need to add that if the qb has the green light to audible and never does - that is on the qb and maybe you need someone else

Are we sure that our qbs have the leeway to audible? Are our qbs told they can’t audible?

I just watched two replay games and I didn’t see any noticeable times that Tommy audibled. I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer but I am wondering if I just am missing it or what

I love this song everyone knows what to do I rather add some other non goal chants that folks can get into - maybe with the band

I always looked forward to these games. Sad to see that we are expected to get killed. Somehow I feel that the game will be competitive. Yes, sad and frustrating
