I am no expert at all, but I agree with you on the potential complications of second-hand smoke, and the issues created by it. That being said, I've read several articles that state the rising cost of perscription drugs is the primary driver for the increase in health-care costs and premiums. I don't mean to get way off-topic, but I'd be interested in your take on that.
