I understand what you're saying, but who's going to want it from the outside with the bosses and the bosses boss positions vacant. Nine years in one job, and the better part of 30 years with one program, is unheard of these days. I congratuate him, thank him for his service to UND, and wish him well in his future endeavors. UND cannot afford to slot this position at a $200,000 base at this time. I have a feeling this is not Dale's last career stop.
