Sure, Davidson is big (6'4 224), but his past two seasons (the only stats I found) don't really make him seem like that big of a thug. Two years ago: 53 games, 17 PIMs Last Year: 59 games, 54 PIMs. Why does everybody seem to think he would pound on somebody?

I just saw a stat on Denver, that 86% of their goals have been scored by Freshmen and Sophomores. You've gotta believe that will tail off as the season wears on. That may allow some other team to pull into 2nd place.

I got the same thing from an SCSU grad at work after the gopher series. Something about how the Sioux really lived up to their name, Fighting Sioux. Some people just don't know that hockey is supposed to be a physical sport, apparently.
