Just a stat to note. The Sioux held the Pioneers to only 35 shots on goal for the weekend. 18 on Friday, 17 on Saturday. I would be interesting to see how many shot-attempts there were. Seems like the Sioux defense really shut things down this weekend.

I don't think the collision between Finely and the DU guy was intentional. I think they had to cross paths to get to their tunnels to get off the ice. So it would have been a DU guy, taking a shot at Finley, that started the brawl.

PP over. Had a couple chances, but otherwise DU kept the Sioux to the perimeter most of the time.

Sounds like the Sioux come out with the powerplay. Not sure yet. EDIT: Sioux will have a 23 second 5-on-3 to start the period.

What feed are you watching? The FSSN feed doesn't have any video of what happened. The TV guys just had word that Mannino took a swing (or swipe with his stick, not sure) at Finley.

If you radio guys didn't hear, it sounds like Finley ran into a Denver player (accidently, I'm sure), then Mannino took a swing at Finley. That's what they said on TV, at least.
