Both TH and DH stepped around the Greico situation. Would have like to have seen TH ask DH about the now vacant AD position. Would be nice once and awhile if they talked about something a little controversial. Work hard in practice, blah, blah, blah. This show is getting a little stale!

If anyone is to fault it is Greico. What kind of situation did he think he was coming into. He is a sophomore that had limited duty partly to an injury last year. There is a kid in front of him that is a proven senior. Our club has not had any slack games this year aside from Manitoba (he played) and maybe Northeastern. Phil was the man that night as he only played the two periods the night before. His time was coming, but he seemed to be whining about not getting in up to this point. UND likes character guys. What kind of character did this kid have if he left under the current circumstances. Good Ridance and thanks for leaving us with only two tenders!

The comments on favoring the locals was pure sarcasm! This years schedule limited his ability to get much playin time early in the season. If we would have had another non-conference game he would have seen some time. Also AG would have been a junior next year and would have had a great opportunity to compete with Eidsness. Bottom line most goalies are headcases!

I don't think the reason Schweitzer beat out Toby was because he was practicing better. Toby turned into a major seive in 96-97. Schweitzer got the opportunity to play cause of it and we hung banner #6!
