I think most people with common sense know this. We are #1 in nation for a reason. I for one am not worried, just think a rivalry game back in the Ralph will be awesome. Hoping for 2 blowouts.

This will be a slightly tougher challenge than CC IMO, I dont know if you can be much worse than that CC team we just played. Never easy games in college hockey, no nights off.

I get what you are saying but I absolutely hate the term "trap game". In fact they did a study on it disproving the theory there was such a thing. I see no letdown from last weekends sweep vs CC as we didnt even play that well Saturday, and I dont think they are looking ahead to Miami at this point. Perhaps we just suck and get beat but certainly not a trap of any sorts. Sorry for the rant just hate the term and its so called definition.

However I must say I was rather unimpressed with a large amount of the game Saturday, even though we did have to kill a ton of penalties and pitched a shutout I felt like a really good team would have put up 6-7 goals each night on this CC team, possibly one of the worst teams in college hockey right now. A team with any amount of talent would have made us pay for those penalties also. Hoping we dont give these badgers any kind of hope all weekend long.

I wouldnt call these trap games, trap games are usually let down games after beating a huge rival and having a letdown. I would say Wisco is more of a rival game than lowly CC. Both teams are awful. No trap here just crap

Yup im right next to the student section,110, it sucked when they stood but I never complained, and I actually love the atmosphere next to them, I bet its like a funeral on the other side of the ice compared to where I am at. But that's literally the only thing I can come up with as to why they arent behind the net. Makes no sense whatsoever for where they are located right now...

Still dont understand why the students are not behind the opposing goalie for 2 periods where they can stand and scream at him, like basically every other arena in the country.....that was one area where they got it wrong. Guessing the people that have tickets behind the net there put up too big of a stink or something. Still makes zero sense to have the students at center ice IMO.
