I would love to know what we changed (or if we changed anything) that has shut Denver's attack off at the blue line. Any coaches out there who may have seen "why"?
I'm hoping Berry and Monty have words after Saturday's game.
Berry: Sorry we swept you on your home ice.
Monty: Eff off. See you in January.
Berry: Watch your potty mouth. And don't go strolling on the blue line.
Gersich should get two assists on that second goal. Great play. Draws everyone to him, leaving Gardner all alone in front.
Sweet.
Not sure we "deserve" a 2-0 lead however!
How many games have we outplayed the opponent for 25 minutes and then conceded the first goal?
Well, tonight is payback.
Now: let's get in the game, boys.
Watched a whole bunch of different sports on the computer yesterday. ESPN3 was great. Foxsports was great. Pluto is consistently bad, and last night was unwatchable.
Wow what a great sequence of play from the 2:30 mark until 1:00. 90 seconds where the puck is 160 feet from Thome. Well done Simonson especially.
Yeah, I got a little misty eyed.
NHL.com has an excellent post game interview with him, where he talks about playing with a heavy heart.

I See the game as available via BTN2Go.

Depending on your cable package, it may be part of what you've already bought. (I'm Comcast Xfinity and Big Easy hockey has been available already.)
I vote for an NHL size rink too.
But if they go down to 3500 seats, they will need a lot more subsidies (alumni $ or student $) to afford the NCHC membership!
