UND's 2nd goal Kristo to Simpson - illustrates just how much Danny Kristo has matured. He's always been tenacious on the puck, always had great acceleration, but in the last 2 seasons he's also developed a superb vision of the ice, and a great passer.

Nice to see us using the high deflection occasionally to keep the defense honest. Yet another example of "pro style" play from UND.

Thanks for posting. Kind of interesting to go through the Association of American Universities and note those to which UND has had some form of connection in athletics. A foot in the door toward research funding, so to speak, which is, as you note, where the real money is.

Mankato looks solid. They've got enough "skill" players to be dangerous, their defense is better coached this year, and they don't take undisciplined penalties - or at least not as many. We need to be ready for a battle in 3 weeks. MSU up 3-0 on Tech, late in the 2nd.
