Messing around with NPI a little...had Minnesota found a way to beat Michigan, UND would have taken over the #1 spot. Would really like to finish in the top spot so I can get an NPI Champions banner to hang next to my Pairwise Champs banner from a few years ago.

Minny sitting at #39 in the NPI according to College Hockey News...one spot in front of Bemidji; every other Minnnesota school is ranked ahead of them.

Play of the game may have been the save Spunar made on Blais-Savoie with about 10 minutes to go in the second and Sioux up 2-1. Guy got a great feed going across the crease and it looked like he may have 'fived' Spunar but no dice. Jan made a fantastic play at a crucial time.
