  1. I think they would have been a tough out this year. Would have loved a Frozen 4 matchup with them.
  2. Pretty interesting...Maybe we can hang a banner if UND wins the computer simulated tournament. It could say “2020 Computer Simulation Champs” and have it all written in binary code.
  3. No...just no. Banners are for winning on the ice; not for being #1 in some ranking.
  4. Yeah, but it leaves a little wiggle room just in case.
  5. How about the best player on a top team gets it?
  6. This! I mean how many banners would St Clown have if all you needed to win the title was to be #1 in Pairwise or the tourneys top seed?
  7. Funny...Not as bad as going around and touching all your teammates and their stuff on purpose then finding out you actually have the virus. #rudygobert
  8. Shut it down...can’t they take the day off?
  9. Maybe Gabinet was butt-hurt over the cross check in the second game between UND-UNO...pretty sure the Omaha guy was the instigator on that play and Pinto just finished it...Pinto paid the price for the retaliation but apparently Gabinet wants to get the last word.
  10. Well the stat Schloss posted must be power play goals... Brink - 17 pts in 16 league games (.94 points per game) Pinto - 19 points in 23 league games (.83 points per game)
  11. Who votes? Coaches? Media?
  12. Brink of DU actually had a higher ppg average than Pinto in NCHC games.
  13. Yeah, the comments were a fun read.
  14. The current lowdown in Dinkytown... http://www.startribune.com/dismal-mariucci-crowds-the-sad-new-playoff-normal-for-gophers/568627342/
  15. What does he do specifically...I'm just asking for the uninformed...like me.
  16. More like Ski-U-Meh
  17. You know that Michigan loss in '98 is all Mafia's fault. Now what was that line he said directly into the camera?
  18. UPDATED....I had them switched around...Brink was -1 in conference and +1 overall. Pinto was +10 in conference and +19 overall.
  19. NCHC Pinto 23 games 19 points (11 goals, 8 a) .83 ppg +/- +10 Brink 17 games 16 points ( 6 goals, 10 a) .94 ppg +/- -1 OVERALL Pinto 33 games 28 points (16 goals, 12 a) .85 ppg +/- +19 Brink 28 games 24 points (11 goals, 13 a) .86 ppg +/- +1 Overall, it looks pretty even if you look at points per game although Brink does have the advantage in conference games. Pinto has a decided advantage in +/- (if you care about that) and a slight advantage in blocked shots (11 to 8). As a center, Pinto took over 500 draws, winning 61% of them; Brink only took 11 draws this year, winning 27% of them. Pinto was NCHC rookie of the week 3 times; Brink won the award 2 times. While both are dynamic players, the role Pinto played for UND this season was bigger than what Brink did for DU. (IMO) I'm casting my vote for the guy in green.
  20. As a player or a coach?
