Well I hope this means Vikings won’t be selling the farm to keep Darnold. Two big games(DET and this one) at end of season and he has been absolutely atrocious when it really matters.

Gwozdecky got let go for lack of NCAA tournament success towards the end of his tenure then you have Don Lucia who chose to step down realizing it was time for someone else to lead Minnesota. Complacency leads to stagnation and decline. At some point, hard questions and decisions will need to happen whether it be UND or Berry. Whether it’s now or not, I do not know nor do I envy those in position that make such calls.

It’s not a loss at least. Still got games with chances to move upwards. I won’t hold my breath though as this team has lacked the ability of showing any signs of playing well enough to string along a win streak unless against Miami.

We’ve had some good portal players but I do agree. UND has been too reliant on the portal. Also go back to developing goalies instead of continually grabbing rentals. I’m not going to blame Hedquist one bit if he jumps ship from this dumpster fire at end of the season.

Hey, at least we can’t be disappointed. We are used to the Vikings choking in important games. This team will lose to f’n Rams again if this version of Darnold shows up.

Emery is one of the standouts at the draft combine. I can definitely see a team taking him with a late pick in the first round.

If this is in reference to being stuck with Omaha for so long, I can understand and agree but if UND got matched with Denver(not going to happen) or Duluth, I’d be on board. Those are conference teams I want to see North Dakota play four times a year.
