With all 3(WMU, UM, and MSU) being not too far away from Grand Rapids, I'm surprised there isn't a competition to host there.

Any particular reason why WMU doesn't host a regional in Grand Rapids again? Looks like the last time a regional was at Van Andel was in 2013 hosted by Michigan but WMU hosted there previously in 2009.

A lot of them have been thinking they’re going to ND, not realizing Sioux Falls is in SD.

A lot of it coming from Providence fans. This is the first time their team has been shipped west for a regional since the tournament went to 16 teams. 🙄😂

From what I remember, their fans showed up pretty well the last time they hosted in Loveland 2022.
