Defense made some bad passes Saturday, but that was because Blais was playing the two freshmen regularly. Bina looks to have good athleticism, but got picked off a few times. Foyt was on the ice a lot, and looked pretty good, I thought. Next weekend, if Lundbohm, Massen & Fuher are in the lineup, I'd say UND's chances of sweeping are even money. I think they'll at least get one.

I think they spiked the ball to stop the clock, then made a big play. Is that what you meant?

First off, our announcers kept saying that their QB wasn't as good as billed. Maybe he didn't have the best "mechanics", but he sure was completing a lot of passes. They went to #20 Krause over and over. Then, just when UND started double-covering him, they went to Denny (sp?) and he made big plays. UNO has good receivers and a QB who sure didn't look injured to me. Throw in their fullback and you've got a dangerous offense. UND was lucky to pull this one off. But then, you could say that about SCSU, SDSU, and the Bison, too! Go Sioux!

Keep in mind...Brandt got run big time once in the game already. To put Parise in and make sure Brandt didn't get run again wasn't such a bad move. Let's see him get a shutout vs. UM instead!

What's even more encouraging is that next year's class of Beaverson, Radke, Lamoureaux, & Zajac are every bit as promising as this year's. Go Sioux!

Schwenzfier with both TD's so far. Great second effort to get in the end zone.

UND does not get a 1st D on a 4th & 1 try at the Mav's 28 = one more try for MSU-M this half.
