I have an old red CCM helmet. Its in pretty bad condition, missing a couple of screws, but I guess if you want it we can talk about a deal. I can sign it if you like? Also, I have a scratched-up visor attached, but that would cost extra.

You forget the fact that their commissioner is Gary Bettman, who is maybe, juuuust maybe, the worst commissioner in the history of sports. Trying to sell hockey in cities like Atlanta, Phoenix, and Miami was cute for a while but overall is just a horrible idea. What a joke he's turned the league into.

Childress did a horrible job on that last drive. I'm not sure I've seen a worse example of playcalling than Childress had in the last 3 minutes of that game.

Waste of time? The outdoor games are the only time most people in America care about the NHL.

What a colossally stupid thing to say. The Vikings were in the playoffs last year without Favre. They would've made it this year without him because they played such a cupcake schedule. They were 10-6 without him last year, so saying they're a .500 team isn't exactly true. Also, even if Favre is better than Rodgers right now (personally I'd say Rodgers is better) how much longer will that be true? A year or two, tops? Rodgers has 7-10 good years left in him. Give me A-Rod any day of the week.

Favre wouldn't have had a chance to overthrow Jennings, because he already would've thrown a pick. Just like he did in his final game (and final pass) with the Packers. In overtime. At home. In the NFC Championship game.

I understand that, but the only Big 10 schools that have hockey are Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Michigan State, and Ohio State. Notre Dame makes it 6, and I don't see the point of starting a 6 team conference. Maybe I'm being ignorant of something, but it seems to me that if those 6 schools needed 4 teams to fill out the conference, UND would make by far the most sense.

I haven't been following the topic, but wouldn't UND get an invite to the BTHC regardless of which level their other sports are? I've gotta imagine that UND is one of the highest-revenue schools in college hockey, and would be of interest to a new hockey conference should other big schools join. Tell me if I'm missing something.

I wish Hak would start reading SiouxSports.com. There are a ton of posters who have just as much hockey knowledge as he does, and the team could really benefit from their expertise.

Wait, what? The puck clearly went through the net. In ever angle they showed, the puck was clearly below and inside the bar, the net moved and the puck was redirected. Not sure how much more conclusive it can get...

So, so wrong. ESPN isn't biased towards east coast schools or teams, they're biased towards teams that more fans follow. Yankees, Red Sox, Lakers, Cowboys, and when it comes to college hockey, the Sioux, BC, and BU. When the Sioux lose its a big deal, so they're going to talk about it especially in the manner they lost. You really need to get a clue.

Haha, anti-UND? Really? The Sioux are mentioned once a year during the hockey, which means it pretty tough for the entire network to be against the school. Get real.

Keep up all the classy comments guys. Its awfully easy to tear guys apart after the lose, and many of you have no problem with it. Keep ripping on a bunch of college kids for working their asses off.

Would you be ok with ESPN split screening a Sioux game that was in the fifth overtime for a lacrosse game right in the middle of it?

You people aren't actually emailing ESPN complaining about it, right? Its a fluke game. Sometimes this stuff happens.
