No they won't. They never do. Their coach Lemaire won't allow it. He picked up Demitra as a 3rd line checking line forward. Lemaire does not believe in scoring goals.

Take it easy. I didn't say it should leave GF. I just said Bismarck is the only other place that might be nice enough. The civic center holds about 6000 people. I don't think it should leave GF, just giving a suggestion.

Bismarck is really the only other location with a nice enough facility and that it's centrally located. But the state tournament should stay up in GF.

I have a question about M lammy. i dont mean offense to him by this, but is he really that good to get a scholarship offer that early? im just saying because i have seen his USHL stats and they arent that impressive...but i know he must be pretty good because i trust the coaches and that he is wanted by red deer too.

Just guessing, but I think the coaches probably know better then we do on what's going on. Maybe not, but I think so.

Well just for the record, if you ever think about judging all Sioux fans by one poster, judge us by Diggler A.K.A. Dirty. He is an inspiration to all Sioux fans across North America.

I agree mostly. Chorney was a force last year, best freshman defenseman on the ice almost every night. He has some blazing speed. Lee will make more of an impact this year in the offensive zone. He obviously knows what he's doing out there on offense, and he is very responsible in the defensive zone. If he bulks up over the summer, dear god will he be a force next year. Finley-If he has a Smaby or Greene like year holy cow. He has 3 inches on smaby and 4 on greene. He would be dominant. Let's not forget he was a 1st round pick. Radke-I don't believe he'll ever be that great defensively, but not every defenseman is. What he will be great at is running the PP and finding pinpoint passes. Last year I was a little disappointed in his shooting on the PP, he always seemed to shoot it at defenders and it would get blocked. That is basically the worst thing that can happen on a PP(Save for a shorthanded goal). Zach Jones-Absolute animal. I expect him to put up a tad more offense(and by a tad, i really mean a tad). Maybe a goal or two and a few more assists. Defensivley he is fine. Lamoureux-I have faith that he will be dominant. We have all seen what he is all about. He can shut teams down on a good night. I expect him to step out and be a force. Grieco-Have never seen him play, but have heard good things. He's a youngster also, as he won't be 18 til sometime during the season. Not real sure what to expect, but I'm excited about his future.

I believe Massen also had 2 years. Even Mike Peluso played in the USHL if I remember correctly.

IMO... Hockey in Minnesota is LIFE...those kids have the sport drilled into their heads by the time they are 2 years old. They practice a lot more, and have much more community support, just because hockey is a way of life there. That means that almost all the teams are better, so they have better competition every day. It all starts when the kids are young.
