I can't say that I wouldn't have said the same thing if I were in that BSU fan's place. If nothing else the BSU fans were able to watch their less talented team out work the Sioux and that needs to be taken care of tonight. The Sioux need to respond with a much stronger effort.

Toews is still my favorite player. You can slam his first half play all you want; however, he did his best to play through the shoulder injury. Like Parise the goals have been difficult to come by because he is targeted and mugged by every WCHA opponent. That subject has been beaten to death in the WCHA lack of officiating threads. Notwithstanding, if more players than Duncan could bury their setups, Toews could be leading the nation in assists let alone the league.

Remeber when you got worried about where Bayda went earlier this season The big teams always carry two or three reserves that are there just in case and watch the game from the press box. There are a few banged up Sabres right now that have probably been game time decisions with respect to the starting lineup. If Stafford doesn't get any big team playing time soon watch for him to reappear with The Amerks.

Kaip was challenging the Seawolves during the warmup with the parting words of "lets get it on". As I said in a pevious post, the Canadian players in AA's lineup knew better than to take on a former Saskatchewan junior.
