I think we had a relly good hint several weeks ago about some kid visiting from Saskatchewan and that his parents had strong Eastern Canadian accents. The post stated how impressed the kid and his dad were with the REA, which is why I am thinking we may have attracted a really big name recruit like Gormley, who is from Prince Edward Island. My fingers are crossed.

Maybe he will slip his old buddy Chief Wiggum a G-note to look the other way.

Despite the toughest first half schedule in Div I hockey the Sioux find themselves in better shape then the past couple of years as they are firmly in third place with DU in their sites. What a schedule as they will finally meet an unranked opponent for the first time this season. Just the same you can't take a night off against UAA, so with the same effort as their last homestand, the the Sioux should come away with another four points.

Maybe more teams are good for the NCAA but this is bad news for the WCHA plain and simple. The schools that are accepted are going to require a big personnel change quickly due to the number of ineligible players that are in their current lineups. They will now be capable of offering the same type of scholarships so guess where the current and upcoming talent from the Western Tier II Junior leagues will wind up.
