The postgame comments bordered on dangerous so of course it is going to be a topic of discussion. If an NHL player made a statement like that there would be league action against both the player and the team. There may be more fallout from his actions yet and he brought all the speculation and posts upon himself.

When it comes time to answer the bell tonight I fully expect more gloves on slappy fights from the Gophers, or they will merely roll on their backs and wet themselves like frightened puppies. Then in a quote to the media after the game their coaches will complain that UND starts all the fights in the WCHA. I have been watching this same story for 30 years, it never changes.

As I said earlier, Stoa is also worthy of a good old fashioned Hextall attitude adjustment. I will be shocked if he is a willing combatant though as Gophers with any fortitude are a rarity.

I think we will find out if Stoa is a man or just another yellow pussy tomorrow night.

The Gopher fans look like pee stains in the white out and the fun begins. Hextall has taken a number for tomorrow night guaranteed. I hope he gets to give Stoa a much needed attitude adjustment.

Now our own announcers are buying the tired player excuse. If they are that down and out why play them? I can think of Sioux players who didn't miss a beat after the WJHC. Schroeder didn't look very tired in that scoring rush by the Goofs.

I'd be pleased to see six more out of the Sioux tomorrow night.

If those three young players are that important to the team then you don't have much of team. If three players that young are tired I would question their conditioning. They mailed in their last two games at the WJHC anyway.
