I have had a lot a success sending things through the mail to the Sioux for my boys. Just send it to the player in care of UND Men's Hockey at the Ralph Engelstad Arena address. It typically take 1-3 weeks to get it returned.

Today's revelations may provide plenty of gear that will need to be replaced.

Just for fun take those first half numbers and multiply by 2 to get a projected record based on the first half of those seasons: 04-05: 20-12-4 44 points 05-06: 20-14-2 42 06-07: 14-20-2 30 07-08: 18-16-2 38 08-09: 18-16-2 38 09-10: 18-12-6 42 Now compare these records to the actual UND regular season records (by my counting): 04-05: 18-13-5 41 (-3 compared to projected) 05-06: 22-13-1 45 (+3) 06-07: 19-12-5 43 (+13) 07-08: 23-8-4 50 (+12) 08-09: 21-11-4 46 (+8) 09-10: 20-11-4 44 (+2) This averages out to 5.8 points above the projected over the past 6 seasons. Possibly a more interesting observation is the curve this sets up.... starting negative, turning into positive points, leveling off at double digits in the positive, and now decreasing again.

I completely agree! I know Hakstol can push the right buttons (he's proven that with late run after late run) so why not push them earlier? No harm in costing into home ice against a lower WCHA opponent.

I agree with most of what you are saying...but I do expect to win 1 National title in 4 trips to the Frozen Four! (I know that doesn't have a lot to do with this year) Great run and I am excited about this young team growing one year wiser and potentially returning the Captain from this team! As always...GO SIOUX!

Has anyone made an NHL 2009 XBOX 360 Cover with Toews or Oshie? I have a mac and have not been able to manipulate the cover templates I got on the web. The templates are saved in photoshop. If anyone has either of these two on a cover and wouldn't mind sharing that would be great! Or if anyone is good at photoshop and wants the templates let me know. Thanks

An 'A' should go to an underclassman who showed poise and leadership in pressure situations. I know that goalies rarely get the 'C' or an 'A' but I don't think any underclassman had as much to do with the teams success as Eidsness. And certainly, no one was on the ice as many minutes or with the expectations as he had as a freshman. I'll take him as my darkhorse even though he is a considerable long shot.
