Well my system did worse than it did last year. I only had 32 or 33% quality and I need at least 35% for the picture to come in clear. I guess I will order and try the Invacom 0.3db LNBF that pete recommended last year and see if that helps. Go Sioux!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have always felt that this needed to go to court to finally settle it. If the NC$$ came back and granted us the exception due to the SL support then who's to say next year the support was recinded. Or on that note, in a few months the SL council realizes that they listened to much to the extremists and that in hind sight UND doesn't do anything "hostile and abusive" and really helps the NA. Would the NC$$ then give us an exemption? Would the "hostile and abusive" lable forever be linked to who has control of the tribe at any given time? I know that you need to go through all of the appeal process first but it would not hurt my feelings at all if UND was in court at 9AM tomorrow morning filing the appropriate papers to get this thing going. If the Spirit Lake tribe grants us their approval and in theory the NC$$ gives us an exemption, will that be the end of it as far as the NC$$ goes?? Could the Tribal leadership change next year and they give the NC$$ a call and say they changed their minds and our exemption is removed? Would we be back to square one? Psb also talked about a new low noise LNB, Invacom 0.3db, that is suppose to help. I am getting that since it is only around $60 shipped and very easy to change out. If I still have problems I will also upgrade to a bigger dish later. Hope this new satellite is better and there isn't a power problem this year. Go Sioux!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree that something is in the works. I have been on the season ticket waiting list for the last 5 years. Every year I usually need to call the U to find out what is happening as far as movement up the list. I do remember getting a letter once but usually I need to call them. This year I received a phone call from them confirming my information and letting me know where I am situated on the list. This was a first and kind of surprising. I had a solid 39% for both games. Clear picture with no breaking up at all. They must not have been broadcasting on the adjacent satellites last weekend. Go Sioux!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I may be missing something but it looks like the satellite systems are gone from the Siouxshop. I wonder if I missed them or did the Ralph realize that the systems they were selling wouldn't cut the mustard with the smaller dishes.

Well, I have a signal tonight. Bouncing between 39 and 41%. It starts looking bad at 36, unwatchable at 35 and gone at 34 so I hope it stays at 39 or greater. Why does the signal always bounce so much from the Ralph? The Duluth games and if I remember right the Sioux football games were a solid number. All the Sioux home hockey games vary all the time.
