Rumors are flying around that Mac is out for the year. Any truth to that?

It has never been good since the joint was built. My girls high school team played games there 6 years ago and it sucked then and never improved the next 4 years we played there. Like I said before the place was built cheap.

Lot of complaints about the ice though. I didn't think it was to bad Thursday but as the tourney went on you could see the water standing more and more during the play.

Again I have seen Minot 7 times. The kid is damn good. There is a reason he was one of the 2 finalists for senior of the year.

The west is getting better. This could be a trend. Not that they will dominate but I can see the west winning every third or even second year or so.

Well said Dave. Minot has a damn good goalie. Flom can take over a game with his skill. Yes Central could win by 5 just because they are a little deeper but this is not a for sure win for GF. Drop the puck and let the better team win.
