I was talking about last nights game. I’m still holding out hope but I’ve seen this movie way too many times. As far as Kaprizov goes he’s playing timid. Not sure if he’s hurt or what but he definitely has another notch or 2. It’s the playoffs for crying out loud

And that’s a bunch of BS

Different year same disappointment from the Mild. Powerless play did them in. Oh and a Kaprizov sighting would help too

I love the Wild and despise the gophers. I don’t see a problem with that
-
That was bizarre
-
Wild could easily be up 3-1 but Oettinger came to play. 1-1 after 1
-
That was nuts

Back to being the Twinkies. That didn’t take long

Pretty sure his career is now over

Not a happy camper

I’m well aware. Going to keep me interested as long as they are in the hunt. That could be in a couple weeks but until they are out of it Go Twins!

From Dan Hayes’ column today in The Athletic - So, what’s their secret? Apparently, they enjoy each other’s company. “This group really likes each other,” Twins manager Derek Shelton said. “Not that that matters, but it does matter. It’s a tight-knit group. … The first night in Baltimore, 16 guys, 17 guys at dinner. Team dinner the next night. Buck rents a room the next night. This group enjoys being around each other. And I think the one thing about it is they all understand their roles.” ———————- And from our Captain, what a leader and a legend; he’s rapidly moving up my favorite Twins list - “We chill,” Buxton said. “We come to play baseball. We focus on ourselves. The one big thing I told them in spring training is, ‘The only thing that matters is who is in this clubhouse.’ Once you believe in that and you understand, day in and day out, this is the brotherhood, this is a family, it starts becoming reality for us. Spring training was kind of that feel and touch era. Now, it’s more get after it.”
